I give permission for SCPC to use my child's photograph for program promotional purposes as deemed useful by the director. Children's names will never be released.

Payment of tuition is due at the time of registration. Payment in full secures my child's spot. No refunds are given three weeks prior to the start of camp. Registrations are non-transferable. Payment may be made by mailing a check ($15/child or $30/family) with 'VBS' in the memo line or can be brought to the front office.
